Update FCA Test Case 15-12-20

Supreme Court Appeal Update

During the 16th-19th November 2020 those insurers that chose to appeal against the High Court rulings on the FCA Business Interruption Test Case of the 15th September 2020 submitted their arguments.  The FCA has advised that the Supreme Court will not be able to hand down the judgement before January 2021, which was expected this month.
